Z-Sand (55 ShA)

Z-Sand is a joint filler for exhibition panels, available in various colours. Easy to use, it is applied with a pneumatic gun (310 or 600 cc). Resilient to the movement of the tiles which make up the exhibition panel, it is a non-toxic product ideal for design presentations at fairs and in shops and showrooms.


Excellent elasticity, it does not contract and keeps its shape over time, the rubber and the catalyst are easily mixed. It can be cleaned with Z-Clean detergent.

The preparation is not considered dangerous according to Directive 67/548/EEC and subsequent amendments.


The putty may be kept in its bags, away from the damp, for more than twelve months.
The catalyst us to be closed carefully and consumed within a few months of the day on which it was opened for the first time.
The Z-SAND is guaranteed for a period of 12 months if correctly conserved between 5° - 27°C (41° - 80°F).

The advice given verbally, in writing or through demonstration on how to use the product is based on our knowledge. The use and application by the user occurs without the Company having the possibility to check and therefore remain the responsibility of the user.


The product is supplied in 20 Kg boxes containing two 10 Kg bags each. The catalyst is supplied separately in 80 g or 100 g bottles.
